Shipping & Returns

We currently deliver to the destinations below, with the delivery methods and times listed for each. The options for your address are confirmed at checkout.

Bahrain: Same Day (Today), Next Day (1 day), Pickup (Ready in 2 hours)

Saudi Arabia: Express (2-3 days), Standard (4-7 days)

Delivery is charged per order, at the price set for the delivery method you choose. Each destination we ship to has its own methods and its own prices, so what you pay depends on where your order is going and how quickly you want it. A method priced at zero is free delivery, and collecting your order in person is never charged a delivery fee.

You always see the exact fee before you pay: it is shown beside each delivery method at checkout and again on your order summary. It is then fixed on your order when you place it, so a later change to our delivery prices never affects an order you have already placed. If your cart becomes more than one order, each one is delivered and charged separately.

Once your order is confirmed, you can follow its status - Under Review, Confirmed, Shipped, or Cancelled - from My Orders in your account.

Ready to Ship items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached. Pre-order and trip items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Approved returns are refunded to your original BenefitPay payment method within 5-7 business days of us receiving the item back.
